首次买的投资房能否拿"首次购房补贴"

我现生活在南澳,想买布里斯本的房子,等明年3月转PR后去布里斯本就可以直接住,银行贷款部的人告诉我说我是属于买投资房,因为是异地.但是我买来确实是用于自住,请问谁知道到底我能不能获得首次购房补贴?有什么特别要注意的事项吗?

就算是自住拿补贴也要满足最初的一年之内要住满六个月的规定。

另一条件对LZ很重要：
You (or at least one applicant) must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen at the time of settlement or completion of construction of the home.
——就是说新房建好或者settlement的时候至少一个买房者（title上的名字）是PR的。

可能每个洲的政策有些不同,南澳的政策只要在签合同起12月个内拿到PR就可以拿到补贴,有谁知道昆省的规定

4、Is each applicant a natural person (that is not a company), who is at least 18 years of age and who does or will on completion of the transaction, own the property in their own right and not in any capacity as a trustee?

——楼主看第五条。貌似比维州还严格，应该是settlement时候一方就得是PR。另一处说明是要是持新西兰PR或其他签证也可能可以拿到补贴的。
