我们是07年7月的三无，现也是什么都补了，就是不给签无限期等待中，看到有不少同情况的TZ重新申请职评，也考虑这样做，工作是通信研发工程师，平时使用C进行开发，07年申请的时候条件达标，也就没多考虑评个MODL，现在悔也来不及了，在重新申评前，想先给CO通个气，写了下面这封信，但觉得表达的苛苛巴巴，水平有限呀，请大伙儿帮帮修改下，万分感谢，发信后，不论结果如何，本贴实时更新情况，也给后来人做个参考，再次谢谢大家。

Dear M*****,
  Thank you for read my email.   
  You said that the timeframes can't be given as to when the Immigration programmer would return to normal in you email. I want to know when my application will be reviewed since the new financial budget has been published and what the latest time is when my application will be finished.
  My ASCO code of nominated occupation is 2231-19, that's system engineer. Because I can reach the qualification of skilled immigration, I didn't apply MODL in 2007. However, the change of the skilled immigration program made my application suspended. Since my daily work is programming by ANSI C, which is accord with the occupation of ASCO code 2231 - 79, this is on the Critical Skills List. I plan to re-apply the occupation to ACS. It is high probability to be approved. I would like your permission to re-apply. With your permission, the assessment will be sent to you as soon as I get the occupation on the Critical Skills List. I want to know whether my application will be regard as second priority if you receive it.

觉得最好先拿到重新评估的结果以后,  再和CO通气不迟.   否则, CO现在对你也没话可说.

先说下是不是好点儿，沟通过了，如果评估出来他们又找理由，比方说提名职业不可变更等理由不认，可不就白做了？

同意楼上所说的,还是和ACS拿个重新评估吧。DIAC已经清楚的说了优先级别，估计你的CO也是没有办法的。况且职业重新评估也无须经过CO的批准呀。

我倒是有一个问题。如果申请MODL上的2231-79，是不是得重新给DIAC缴上一份表格，费用，全部的文件等等？ 我来帮你向CO问问。大家来帮忙看看这样写行不行吧？

My application has been put on hold due to the recent changes of the skilled immigration program and the introduction of CSL. As such, I am planning to apply to ASC to have my skills re-assessed as 2231-79 (Specialising in C) which is on the MODL/CSL. Please advise the procedures if I wish to change my ASCO code. Do I need to withdraw the existing application and submit a new one?
