This role will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day support and improvements of
primarily Non-SAP applications, such as Paperless Warehouse Management; Kronos and
Maximo, with responsibility for business facing interaction. You will also be responsible for
business facing interaction and participation in system related, business improvement
projects
The key accountabilities for this role include:
• Delivery of high quality development and enhancements on key projects
• Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) business analysis from feasibility,
briefing documents, functional specifications, through to development, testing and
application release
• Responsibility for managing new developments as well as re-development,
replacement and enhancement projects
• Project / Business Analysis on a number of varying system integration projects
• Data Management
• Learning PepsiCo/Smiths applications systems in order to provide business strategic
advice and backup coverage for other team members
• Collaborative development on projects involving 3rd party providers
• Working in conjunction with business stakeholders to management level
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• 3 - 5 years experience in the IT industry with significant exposure to applications /
systems interfacing and business analysis
• SAP experience preferred, but not essential
• Broad system and applications experience across multiple technologies and
methodologies
• Business and ‘hands on’ operational background with good analytical skills to liaise
with all parts of the business
• Proven ‘total systems’ approach to business analysis and project based work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience to interact
with senior/business stakeholders
