紧急求助！！
看到一个新开的CHILD CARE CENTRE在招工
我打算申请，但我以前发出的简历都无人问津，我猜是我的简历写得不好（当然也可能是因为我没工作经验的原因，虽然我有CERTIFICATE）
坛里的姐妹们有无成功申请到了CHILD CARE ASSISTANT工作的？

Seeking a position as a Childcare assistant, which will utilize my child care knowledge and skills in early childhood development.

Experience：

        Meruka Child Care Centre: 9 days in toddler room
        ABC Early Learning Centre Eltham: 10 days in baby’s room and 10 days in kinder’s room
        At present casual babysitting 2 children, one is 2 years old and the other is 7 months.

Skills：

Able to interact with children
Able to identify hazards in the workplace and minimize risk
Able to liaise with staff, children and families
Able to use initiative
Able to assist set up and plan activities/experiences based on children's needs and interests
Able to develop strategies for guiding children’s behavior
Able to recognize and attend to children’s needs and cues
Have a good knowledge of children developmental stages
Very good communication skills

我没在哪个幼儿园工作呢
目前只是想申请而已

正说着我的这个简历无人问津，结果下午就接到个电话让我下周一去面试，嘿嘿
是5月初投递的，既然面试有戏那证明我自己的简历还不是烂得透底
如果面试成功的话我这简历就可以做为其他人申请的参照哈，别客气
