参考论坛的IT建立模板，正在重写简历。其中有2项非常困惑。有知道的TZ帮助一下。

(1)推荐模板里分别有Professional Summary和Skills两部分，有些搞不清楚这两部分都分别侧重点是什么。导致的结果就是这两部分内容都重叠了。

(2)在Professional Experiences部分，对于所作的每个项目都分别由Responsibilities和Achivements。也存在上述(1)部分类似的问题。搞不清楚分别写什么好。

下面是一个项目的例子

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the needs and define the interface of Maintenance subsystem.
- Implement the Maintenance subsystem.
- Make the install manual.

Achievements:
- Development a Maintenance subsystem, which can mange to build the Humming system according to the volume of songs database, and make it possible to deploy those songs in different servers and dispatch the song-matching request to the corresponding server.
- Make it easy to install the whole system, which at least includes 4 linux servers and 1 Windows Server. Also those servers use too many technologies, including java,C++,RMI,Tomcat,jboss,Flow Manager named SIGMA Server, Oracle

负责开门，关灯，登记饭票，购买和发放文具

Achievements：
没有一次迟到，没有一次忘记锁门
3年来饭票发放零差错
每年文具人均花费递减10%

谢谢tttkoo解释。看起来似乎有点明白了，看看我的理解是否正确，是不是可以这么写。

Responsibilities:
开发XXX子系统

Achievements：
编写xxx页的系统需求说明书；
编写xxx页的功能说明书；
编写xxx行的代码；
编写xxx个测试用例

你对成就的理解不对, 你写的是你应该做的, 那算什么成就. 成就是说,你做什么别人没达到的.

每年文具人均花费递减10%,是成就, 你要写的是, 你的系统上线后, 效率提高30%!!!之类的话啦.

举个例子，前任原来花1天干完的活，你编个程序半小时搞定它，这就是你的成就。

先谢谢以上几位了。

对于做软件系统来说，可能就很难知道有什么成就了。
因为大多数情况，我们并不直接面对end user的，只是根据需求，新作或修改出来的系统满足需求，就算完事了。都不知道上新系统之后，会有什么效果。
多数情况都不知道做得系统给谁去用了，也就无从谈起成就了。
这么理解起来的话，根本就没有成就了。
