495如果在阿德开店，两年后是否可转887？

请教各位，如果495在阿德开店或买下小店来经营，两年后是否能申请887PR签证？
如果可以，需要提供什么文件给移民局以证明满足一年fulltime工作的要求？

政府的文件不是明确说明自雇是可以的嘛,你年底要到政府保税,这应该就是很好的证明了.这是我们自己的理解.希望有如此经历的朋友分享一下

移民局的网站上说，如果是持495/496/475/487签证，并且：

To be granted this visa, you must have lived for at least two (2) years and worked full time for a total period of 12 months in a Specified Regional Area of Australia before lodging your visa application.

就可以了。

但我对下面移民局关于12个月full time work的解释不是很理解：

Work in a Specified Regional Area
To apply for this visa you must have worked for one (1) year in a Specified Regional Area.
See: Specified regional areas

There is no restriction on the type of work that you may undertake. You could work for an employer or yourself. The only restriction is that the employment must be both of the following:

full time
undertaken in a Specified Regional Area in Australia.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics defines a 'full time position' as one in which employment is normally for 35 hours a week. You are allowed to work in up to two (2) concurrent part time jobs to meet the one (1) year (35 hours a week) full time work requirement.

不知道如果自己开店或者买下别人的小店是否可以被承认是work for ourselves? 而且除了买店的contract、 和店面房东的lease contract及报税的documents之外，届时还有那些文件可以提供？尤其是证明我们full time了的文件呢？

请各位不吝赐教。如果有相关经验的就更好了。先谢谢大家了。

两年前我写信问过CASE OFFICER, 当时回复好像有营业额要求!!!

上周写信/打电话问过移民局，说是：
（1）自雇完全可以；
（2）至于自雇如何提供工作时间证明，他们也没有准确的答案，说是需要具体案例具体研究，由specialist或case officer来看。

感觉他们一直在强调那个“在指定地区工作一年且每周35个小时或以上”，但对自雇的情况如何处理就不很清楚，真是晕。只能提供一些general的information。

希望有此经验的或知道的来指点一下迷津。谢谢啦。
