再请教475签证的雇主担保转永居

周担保的的准签信上有这么一段话：
If you have an employer sponsor in regional Australia who is willing to sponsor you for a
permanent visa, you may apply for a Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) visa at
any time while you hold your provisional visa.

我是南澳周担保，入股有一个墨尔本的雇主愿意担保我？我是否可以过去墨尔本工作，然后直接就转pr了。
但是工作是与我职业评估不一样的，这样可以吗？
需要什么样的条件？

If you nominate a different occupation then a new skills assessment may be required.
