秀一下我家扩建中的厨房，一锅双星
将近一个月的工程，花费大概2000刀。
前天，收到city council 的来信说要来have a look
估计是这个月连盖房子和修车有点扰邻了。
明天来查看，不知道结果如何，其实我的房顶都没动，原来房檐就长出大概1米8左右，我就在后院把它封闭了起来，我以为只要是自己的房檐下咋弄都行呢。担心会让我扒掉了，或罚款？极度郁闷中，这两天。我家扩建中的厨房宽1米8，长大概20米，马上就要刷油了，还来个投诉，我现在这可真是舍不得阿，宁愿交钱，息事宁人阿。
新增council2个月后的回复
I refer to your letter in response to council's building notice requesting the building
works to be allowed to remain and wish to confirm the procedure to be followed to
finalise this matter.
In order to resolve this matter pls provide within 30 days the following:
1.You will need to complete an application for council consideration.
2.Provide 3 copies of plans, indicating the following:
Location of the building works in relation to the existing buildings and allotment
boundaries.(Site Plan)
Fully detailed "as built" floor plans and elevations
Sections showing the details of the footing,floor construction, natural ground level ,
framework as constructed,wall claddig and materials used.
Method of damp proofing the existing concrete floor slab.
3.Provide a copy of the title.
4.A minimum fee of $1510.00 applies to this application.
upon receipt of all necessary information and details as outlined above,assessment of
your application will be completed and you will be advised of any remedical work that may
be required.
If satisfactory,you will be issued with a statement,indicating that the building has
been"Built without a permit,allowed to remain."
Pls note that it is not the intent of the building Act or the building Regulations that
Building permits be issued retrospectively.therefor Council will not grant a formal
building permit as the building works has been constructed prior to your application
being considered by Council.
