That is not ADSL2+ plan. It is 19.99+20.00 sim card mobile plan. It happens to me as well about 1 month ago. I sent cancellation email to them twice and get my money back after 14 days.

oh....this might be the exact same situation for me.....I've already sent them the cancellation email once and I will sent them the email again....
