Global company based in the CBD requires an Application Support Analyst to replace an internal vacancy due to promotion. You will be responsible for providing support of company applications and troubleshooting any issues customers are having. You will be required to carry out testing on software to resolve issues.  
  
To be successful in this role you must have:  

    * Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills  
    * Good knowledge of operating systems and databases  
    * Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills  
    * A passion for customer service and support
