补料的发送方式

补料新发送如下
When providing documents, please provide them in one of the following formats only:
o Scanned copies of the original documents emailed directly to the ASPC; or  扫描发邮件
o Scanned copies of certified documents emailed directly to the ASPC, or
o Certified copies of the documents sent to the ASPC.

可是信中又说
DO NOT send this office any original documents or provide paper copies of documents sent by e-mail （不让扫描发邮件）unless asked to do so by a departmental officer.

这两句话是否有矛盾，还是小弟理解错误呢

-----   should be no problem, they don't require your original docus sent to their office.

or provide paper copies of documents sent by e-mail
-----   if your employer has sent to you your salary slip by email, for example, and you have printed it out and  
          mailed to ASPC, they would not accept.

他要求你送补料（以下三种途径任择其一）：
1.email原件的扫描件
2.email公证过的复印件
3.直接邮寄公证过的复印件
但不要邮寄已经email过的纸质文件过去，无论是原件还是复印件。除非是有官方通知你邮寄。
