Dear Mr XXXX,
I refer to your feedback received on 9 January 2009 regarding the recentchanges to the skilled migration program.
As you are aware a new priority processing direction came into affect on 1January 2009. In accordance with this direction the Adelaide SkilledProcessing Centre will give priority to applications that have a State orTerritory Nomination (STNI) and then to those applications where anapplicant has nominated an occupation on the Critical Skills List (CSL).
The direction affects all applications being assessed by the ASPC whetherthey were lodged before or after 1 January 2009. Once applications havebeen allocated to a case officer they will continue to be processed tofinalisation. The Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre will now allocate applications tocase officers in the following order:
· Those applications with a successful STNI nomination, then
· Applicants who have nominated an occupation that is included on theCSL, then
· Applicants who have nominated an occupation that is included on the Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL); and then
· all other applications.
You lodged an application for a Skilled - Independent (VE 175) visanominating the skilled occupation "Electronics Engineer". As you are aware this occupation is included on the CSL and will therefore be eligiblefor priority processing after those applications with an STNI nomination
. We are unable to advise when this application will be allocated to a caseofficer. Allocation dates will vary depending on the volume ofapplications received and the number of applications entitled to STNIpriority processing. Application allocation dates can be obtained bysending a blank email to aspc.processing@immi.gov.au. This information isupdated on a weekly basis. Further information about these changes is available on our website at
大家说说,那句话的意思是不是说,分完州担保的,就分CSL了? |
