22 June 上午: 网上查信息,发现一个自以为不错的房子要open
下午: Inspection
晚上: 中介到我家,我在合同写上自己的offer并签了字

23 June 中介打电话给我,说owner已经同意我的offer并在合同上签了字

24 June 双方签了form1(section7),开始cooling-off period

25 June Building Inspection

26 June 我发了cooling-off notice 给中介,取消了合同

NSW是有明确意向先交0.25%小定~
签好合同交换的时候要交大定金的，一般5%-10%~
cooling-off period里反悔的话，0.25%是拿不回来的。。。

Moisture in floor and ceiling is in a very high level of 15%. That might be a potential to bring pest problem. To fix that will cost more that $10,000.

我那时候出offer的时候，先付1000块定金给agent，offer如果不被接受，定金返还。offer被接受，过了三天冷静期后再交全10%。

我出 offer 之后, 交了 2K 作定金. 过了冷静期后, 也没有交过 10% 这种数字. 一直等到两个月后, 交割之前, 才付的钱.
