请教一个问题,如果在澳洲买了房子,也和国内一样有房证吗?

Yes, you will have a certificate, like '房证' in China.
It is a piece of paper in South Australia (should be the same in other states)
You can go to Land Title Office in your city, and ask for a copy of 'Land Title Search' (this is your '房证' (cost you about $15). There is basic information on the paper (such as, the owner's name, property address, size of land)
