too lazy to take photoes. if u like, u can come to have a look.I spent a month to find somewhere to move to, finnaly i choose here. Compare the price, the location, it is the best. the apartment is old style. to city by train about 12 minutes, tram 8 to Melbourne Universityand tram 16 to St KILDA and Kew. walk to train and tram 16 about 5 minutes, walk to tram 8 about 5 minutes. back door of St Kelvin's college. Around 10 minutes walk to yarra river domain. close to Kooyong tenis ground. walking distance to Deakin Toorak campus.
open two bedroom upstairs. carpet throughout.
