今天the age 网站宣布citizenship 考试出台了，但没说具体日期。 知道的同志赶紧说一下！另外，声请费用将涨到240刀。

移民部长Kevin Andrews 宣称， 澳洲采用新的 citizenship test是为了更好的平衡那些想成Australian声请人的文化多元化和整合性。  
今天政府出台了一分40页的草案，详细阐述作为澳洲公民必须知道的10个澳洲价值观。

每个声请人都将获得这本小册子。它概括了澳洲的历史，政治机构，经济，文化和土著历史。

如果想成为澳洲公民，在20道问题中，声请人必须正确回答出12题。

澳洲公民入籍考试9月17日开始  学者责不鼓励入籍



据7月17日《星岛日报》编译本地媒体的新闻报道，联邦政府推出的入籍考试将于九月十七日开始，澳洲民族社区议会（FECCA）昨天向参议院对公民入籍试的调查听证会说，对申请入籍的人士用英语进行面试，比联邦政府提出的入籍英语考试，能更加有效地分析他们英语技能。

它还说，进行公民入籍考试，有可能会令部分移民打消取得澳洲公民身份的念头，选择继续作为永久居民留在这个国家。

联邦政府引进，将于今年稍后实行的公民入籍考试，将用英语考核申请入籍者对澳洲的知识，并要求他们通过比目前要求更高的英语水平。而目前的入籍面试，是自一九四九年以来实行，只用英语问一些基本的知识。

澳洲民族社区议会理事库拉辛汉（MARK JULASHINGHAM）向参议院的调查听证会说，当年他在吉隆坡申请移民澳洲时，澳洲一位领事馆官员曾用英语对他面试。基本上只是要他回答有关申请中的问题。而他后来申请入籍时，移民部官员亦对他进行类似的面试。这两次面试他们都分析他回答他们提问的能力。他相信这样的面试更能有效地分析他的英语能力。

库拉辛汉说：「澳洲少数民族社区议会感觉到，入籍英语考试有可能打消一些担心自己英语水平的移民申请入籍的念头。」

堪培拉多元文化社区论坛主席SAM WONG说，移民过去受到的是态度友好的面试，而不是一次「考核」，来判断他们的英语能力。

但移民部副次长范多斯（PETER VARDOS）说，移民部没有接到有关这一考试阻碍人们申请入籍念头的说法。

移民部次长梅卡夫（ANDREW METCALFE）则告诉参议院的调查听证会，预期公民入籍考试将于九月十七日开始。

澳洲国立大学的国际和公共法中心主任鲁宾斯坦（KIM RUBENSTEIN）则说，如果要移民回答这些有关澳洲的问题是这样必要，政府应考虑在选民登记时对所有澳洲公民进行这一测试。

罗宾斯坦教授说：「我预计一旦开始实行这一考试，申请入籍的人士将下降。」他说，这一考试将人们感到气馁而放弃申请，它令所有人申请入籍的可能性减低。

及格才须付申请费240元  入籍不及格可考五次   



5月24日消息   澳洲政府宣布，申请入籍的人士只需要付一次钱，可考五次入籍试。

政府在预算案中宣布，澳洲入籍的申请费将翻一倍，从$120元增至$240元，以弥补入籍考试的费用，考入籍试将会在临近大选前实施。同时，申请人如果不及格，可考五次入籍试，只需付一次的费用。

据称，只有及格才需付$240元的申请费。

移民部正考虑设两、三条必须答中的问题。

移民部次长Andrew Metcalfe在参议院公共拨款委员会表示，基本上申请入籍人士考了试才付申请费。所以不及格不用付钱。

他否认日前报道的试题样本是出自移民部，因为目前连问题都未订出来。
