１．今天２点面食，早早１点多到达，在楼下正好看到那个面食的经理在抽烟，互相打了个招呼，后来他上楼了．
２．很奇怪，还是象上次一样，他带我到他的办公司，开始就说，这是一个很短的面食，说又看了看我的简 ...

对你应该有兴趣，否则也不会再让你去面试了。

还有，英语提高，多看电视~~~~最好能认真地看，如果不行就把电视开着，做别的事情的时候用耳朵听着。几个月后，你会惊喜地发现-你的听力提高了。

相信我。这是我的亲身经历。说实话，我原来是学英语的，听力还可以，从来没想过电视能把我的听力提高这么多。原来听我熟悉的内容问题我能听得很好，但是日常的一些插科打诨就有些问题了。看了电视一段时间后，我觉得听力的长进很大，看电视的时候听懂的内容越来越多，也越来越放松，效果越来越好。

看过我帖子的同志都知道，我的问题是语言，接受了众多朋友的建议，目前本人苦练英语．但上周在发简历的时候，一不小心投了这个职位，投了之后也没有报什么希望，因为感觉这个职位对语言要求应该很高．但还偏偏接到了面试的邀请，面试就在下周一．

现在问题来了，请各位帮助分析一下：（先看一下这个招聘广告吧）

The Role…
In this role you will deal with large prestigious business clients to develop relationships, solve problems and manage collections through high customer service and commitment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing outstanding debt of high value accounts to agreed KPI’s
Daily maintenance of overdue accounts
Completion of administration tasks within dept benchmarks
Resolving customer requests & disputes in a timely manner
Contributing to team objectives and targets
Monthly reporting to Manager when requested.

And You…
You must have solid commercial full function collection experience with a proven ability to manage key clients and build solid business relationships.  Your excellent communication and organisational skills allow you to work autonomously to meet deadlines and resolve issues as you go.  Strong administrative and PC skills, especially Excel, are essential.

请各位帮助分析：
１．我也看了他们的网站，卖书籍等产品，另外也做一定的咨询服务，好比法律咨询，企业管理，公司应收帐款管理和控制等，　问题是，这个岗位到底是让管理他们自己的应收帐款的呢？
还是做为ＣＲＥＤＩＴ　顾问，对有需求客户进行信息分析，出点子的呢？我简历上面写的可都是在企业做应收帐款管理等工作的，一点没有顾问，咨询的东西．
２．面试通知说，面试官是ＣＲＥＤＩＴ　ＴＥＡＭ　ＬＥＡＤＥＲ　和ＣＲＥＤＩＴ　ＭＡＮＡＧＥＲ，都是专业人员，没有人力．

以上问题，请各位帮助分析，最有可能被问到什么问题？
需要准备什么？

另外的问题防不胜防, 没有什么好准备的. 你想练习的话. 把百题面试大讨论的问题一道道回答一遍. (注意结合自己的实际情况. 每题要举例. )
写在这个帖子了, 用中文就可以了. 我帮你改.

一般50-100题准备下来就会知道其实问题各种各样, 但你的回答和能举的例子就这么10几个而已. 面试多了就熟悉了.

另外多看看他们公司的网站. 了解他们的公司情况.

我上次的面试也没有人力的参加，同样的一个类似team leader的人，和一个team manager，manager主要问非技术问题
