我来澳洲快5个月,后天第一次澳洲雇主面试,请问各位前辈,都大致需要准备什么东西,问题?我英语不好,关键是听不懂.
我会计,申请的是一个Credit Officer,和应收帐款差不多.公司是做FMCG的,主要是FRESH 和FROZEN 的鸡肉什么的.
职位描述如下:
        Optimise cash collections by ensuring payments are made to terms
        Accurate allocation of customer remittance advices
        Proactive follow up of overdue invoices
        Establishing and maintaining a rapport with customers as well as internal sales and distribution personnel
        Claims reconciliation
        Account reconciliations
        Participate in regular ledger reviews
        Respond and resolve customer queries and disputed items
        Ability to work within a large team
面试者是Credit Manager .

请各位分析都需要准备什么问题,谢谢.

我觉得lz要准备点behaviour question， 可以参考old david的面试题的那些帖子，还有很多其他tx的面经。

至于技术上的问题，可能会问你和以上有关联的了，比如说
what do you think Credit Officer?
what will you do if customer refuse to pay?

我一般在面试前都把每个requirement扩展一小段。。。

关键不是准备问题,而是准备你的回答.
看看上面的置顶帖.把这些问题自己回答一遍,再网上找找.
问题的方式变化多样,但每个人的经历就这些,所以回答的答案就说来说去那么些.准备多了就熟悉了.
