写selection criteria，请作数据、通信的朋友提供一些技术方面的建议

最近在写SELECTION CRITERIA，碰到几条技术相关的：
Demonstrable knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of data networking
o Minimum in at least 1 layer of the ISO 7 layer model
这个怎么写比较好啊，请高手指导一下，或者提供一些材料也好啊

还有一个是Skilled in internetworking operability using mixed vendor solutions.这个是只指接入网还是？CISCO,HW的路由器和Junipter防火墙一起组成网络也算？

Demonstrable capacity in the configuration, operation and
management CISCO switching solutions.
这个大家觉得怎么写比较好？是写根据流量、安全性进行物理分割还是说用VLAN之类的实现？

Familiarity with ITIL procedures
这个谁有相关材料么？我去自学。。。

A knowledge of telecommunication law
这个同上。。。

Experience with specific Architecture Modelling software
这个大家有概念是哪种软件么？

Experience with configuring Network Licence Management or Key
Licence Server
这个是啥东东啊？

Familiarity with Asset Management Procedures
谁有这方面资料啊？

问题比较多，写着真头痛啊，大家看到哪个问题能给点建议都行，谢谢了。

这干吗用的? (全数个人意见)
1.主要就是Layer 2 和Layer 3,如果是想做Network engineer的话.Layer 2就是switch的技术发展和趋势,Layer 3就是router的.其他Layer我也不熟. 可看http://www.networkworld.com/topics/lan-wan.html的一些新闻.IPv6, MPLS, Metro Ethernet应该算比较好的topic.

2. Skilled in internetworking operability using mixed vendor solutions这个也可指LAN, 就是指不同厂商Cisco, Nortel, Avaya, Juniper等等router,switch, firewall之间的互连.

3. Demonstrable capacity in the configuration, operation and
management CISCO switching solutions.
可以写, VLAN实现,ethernet channel, spanning tree,QoS, Multicast.IPv6, arp inspection,
其他不熟.

大数据中心IT Service都是ITIL的procedure，可以问guigua

Familiarity with Asset Management Procedures
这也是ITIL的一部分，如果你没有大数据中心的工作经验，这个确实不要解释。
如果一定要钻一下，上BMC的网站找Remedy的资料，有IT Asset Management的资料

呵呵，关于ITIL我准备说跟我们搞得ISO 9002有很多重叠的，从一个朋友那儿学的

What's the job ?   So many strange things mixed together.

It has to be related to the job description.

Demonstrable knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of data networking

=> For general trends for enterprise networks and enterprise data centers,  you can refer to Cisco's IIT/SONA.  For SP network, you can refer to NGN.  If focusing on one layer of ISO model,  physical layer could be easier:  DWDM, Fiber, Giga Ethernet ( up to 10G ), wireless, blublu...

Demonstrable capacity in the configuration, operation and
management CISCO switching solutions.

=> CISCO switching solution would be channel, vlan, trunk, MSTP, MLS, MPLS ( MetroE ), Service Sntelligence.  In product, it would be Cat6K, Cat4K, 3750,etc.

Skilled in internetworking operability using mixed vendor solutions
=> No idea what it wants.  I think just an example would be fine.

Hope it help.  Really no idea what the job is.  Sounds like some consultant marketing position.
