There is a part time position or a scholarship (for a Master) for the guys who is skilled in programming via C++/C (Fortran 90 is a plus); It is better with GUI development experience at Linux platform via motif in a group environment; Basic knowledge of CAD/mesh generation/FEM/Japanese (read a few of documents) is a plus. It is supported by an ARC project.
