is only two years old.  2 Levels.  three toilets, two bathroom, with dishwasher, central heating, two car garage, internet, private TV cable, you can watch more than 100 channels.  all the bill included , except internet. also you will share this house with aussie housemates, so maybe it will be good for your english as well. the rent is 130 dollars per week. yeh, it is included all the bills, as to internet, if u don't download often, it will be included,
otherwise, we will charge a little bit more.
