RHCE能使找工作容易点吗?

考了个RHCE证,还在国内,不知道此证在澳洲能不能使找工作容易点?LINUX管理员好象需求挺大的

If you have good experience and now plus a RHCE is much better.

The problem is I have no experience, how about if I get relative exeprience for half a year before go to AU.

To be honest with you, experience is much more important than certificates, so try to gain more experience while improving your hard and soft skills.

If you like Unix/Linux, try to learn enterprise Unix as well (AIX, HP-UX and Solaris) so you will have a better chance of becoming a system administrator - managing all kind of Unix, not just Linux. Good luck!

Developer的工作会比Administrator好找些，对语言的要求没那么麻烦。

而且你没有Admin的经验，各种流程也没有概念；对比起来放弃开发经验很可惜。

在澳洲转行是非常困难的事情，因为什么都要求工作经验。
即使是多了所谓一条路，但努力的结果是你得从另外一个行当的entry level做起，这些额外付出在做选择的时候要考虑进去。

而且，一般来说开发人员转做系统管理并不见得合适，因为思路不同。
个人看法，仅供参考。

Absolutely agree #16, I had this feeling when I attended the Redhat training. Developer need to be specialist in particular area, while administrator need to have idea of whole system.

楼主既然是driver开发那c应该很牛啊. 可以先找C开发的工作.平滩一下自己的driver开发背景.
强调一下自己server端的开发经验. 比如socket编程.

yes. 我和你正好相反. admin我好多年了, 我一直想从事一下专职的开发. 这样才可以平衡发展.
现在unix上的各种工具其实都是admin们写的.
