I am in perth and keep on looking for price, becasue I don't have a house.
I think it is a selling "trick" to cross a higher price. We have visited a house three weeks ago. It marked 48.5-49.5w. I told the agent it was overpriced. He said "No, no, no". Then we left. Last week, the price reduced into 47.5-48.5w, and this week, the price is 46-47.5w.
If the house markes a reasonable price, it is usually under offer in 2-3 weeks in my sub;
If the house markes an unreasonable price, it usually needs to reduce its price agiain and again. But it is also possible for a house to sell at an unreasonable price due to many factors. So we should be careful not to pay too high. (sorry for the house owners, but i think a resonale market price is fair for both buyers and sellers). |
