It's the larger bedroom in a two bedrooms' unit and conveniently located in North Ryde,Sydney. 5 minutes walk to Macq Uni, Macq Shopping Centre and all transportations. It's sunny and spacious.You will be staying there with another pleasant female flatmate.Fast broadband is available.<br>

The rent will be $150 p/w (incld.elec), +$20 broadband fee a month and $200 bond, all payable in advance.<br>
