My room is a brand new F/F large master bedroom ensuited bathroom with huge wardrobe and big balcony that is a nice view. It is very clean and tidy. All flatemates are female oversea student. They are very friendly and nice. 1 min from railway aquare, 3 mins from paddy market, 2 mins from UTS. Shop and transportation, both train and bus, is very near. Rental fee is 140per week (negotiable) incl. bill. Air-con and heater are available also kitchen appliance, washing machine, drier and iron.
