1. 周一投的简历,来源是报纸,不是seek之类,估计报纸上关注人的少,竞争没那么激烈。昨天下午第一面,ICT 技术总监,DBA的头,HR的老太和另一位女士,四个人围着我轰炸了一个小时。主要就是问:你要如何如何让老师们,家长们满意,要懂得听抱怨,碰到冲突你告诉我怎么解决?给例子。每个问题最后都加一句:Do you scared?技术问题没怎么细问,就问你这个会不会,那个会不会,我老实回答:会的会;不会的的确不会,但是给我点时间我能拾起来。有些问题回答的还是不错的,几个人都满意的点头。这之间ICT的头也说,上周也面试了几个人。——于是我猜可能上周面试的人他们不太满意。接下来问我愿不愿意做一些技术测试,第二天早上8点,DBA接待我。我说OK的。
关于合同,纸面上是这样的;第一年65000,之后第二年66000多,涨的幅度很小。当然校长跟我口头谈的时候好像头三个月还要低一些,按57000的年薪来计算月薪。说日后你干的好,若干年后会match DBA头那个级别的薪水,但我估计他也不会有多高。养老金是9.5%的比例,是单独的。几个合同条款的问题:
(1) 4 weeks annual leave (paid), normally to be taken in the Christmas/New Year break which attracts an additional 17.5% of 4 week's salary 后面半句话不懂,难道是这4周年假不仅是带薪而且是117.5%的工资?
(2) Your contract will be for two years with a review of the role and salary after 12 months. 这个我也没看懂,是是说先签订2年合同吧,每年底会考评一次?还是说先做12个月再签两年合同?
全程没提奖金的事情,估计是没有。

如果在圣诞和新年休假的话,有额外的17.5%的工资补贴,假设4周工资5000,那么你休假的这4周可以拿到5800+
这个叫annual leave loading
Leave loading is money paid to an employee on top of their normal pay, to compensate them for expenses during annual leave. You will only have to pay leave loading if it is outlined in your employee’s award or workplace agreement. 这个应该是用来鼓励员工及时用掉年假的政策吧。
Annual leave is usually paid at the same rate as ordinary hours. Depending on conditions of employment, an annual leave loading (usually 17.5%) may also be payable.

这个leave loading (4周工资 x 17.5%, 相当于70% weekly pay) 应该和什么时候休假/是否休假无关,虽然一般会预期/鼓励你在圣诞/新年take annual leave. 我这的loading金额有上限 (The maximum payment is equal to the Australian Bureau of Statistics "Average Weekly Earnings' for all males in the September quarter immediately preceding payment), 一般11月底/12月初发, 也会当收入扣税.
每年4周20个工作日annual leave即4周年假是澳洲法律规定的,所有正式职工都必须至少有这四周,甚至工作不到一年时就开始以比例计算此年假,即你工作每三个月就有了5天年假。
年假期间工资照发且加17.5%也是澳洲法律规定的。
(2)your contract will be for two years with a review for role and salary after 12 months:这是说此工作是一个两年合同工,干了一年后会有一个对你的工作职称与工资的重新评估(即如对你干活满意则可能那时加工资且升职,当然也有相反的可能,虽然一般不太会发生)
