Apparently I'm not an officer, so I just kindly remind you~~
I have the reason to suspect the trust of migrants. Despite I saw lots of cases of fraud/illegal attempts by Chinese, I also knew that 457/186 sponsorship have long been abused an international business, even when I was in PRC, to know this you just need to type "457" in any Chinese search engine, numerous ADs from those immigration agencies in China. What's more, we can easily see those telling their successful experience on getting residency in that way in those immigration forum, which suggests a potentially high successful rate. By contrast, my classmate in the US never heard about job-offer-business in the US. So Chinese people got a impression that Australia is a place anybody can migrate if they pay some $10K for a employment sponsorship. Being curious about this abnormal phenomenon, I wrote to Australian immigration and border protection minister, asking him if this was just a miss in immigration assessment or, they deliberately keep a blind eye as a economic policy? Without surprise he gave me the confirmed answer and promised that they were increasingly toughing the immigration inspection, if any fraud behavior can be found in a case even years later, the applicant/sponsor would still be punished/deported, and such cases did happen.
Another interesting thing is if you graduated from your communist funded collage, how can you easily move to Australia (those studied in communist military related school should have had contract and normally hard to emigrate).
You the career-like and communist-like sense made me feel: are you a spy?
I'm so horrified! You would notify your peers putting me on the blacklist, so that I won't be able to return China right?
I indeed was warned by a kind Chinese here, saying that there are communist spies here, if you say "something" in public, though they can't arrest you here, your profile would be updated in the communist database. And I occasionally read about this sort of news some Chinese NZers are not allowed to enter China since they used to wrote sth against the regime.
Similarly, CIA spies do exist anywhere too, a number of seeming Chinese skilled migrants was found communist spies and deported/jailed deported. I warned a 5 mao in the US that, take care of what you said, all the web is being censored by NSA. That guy later replied me heroically: I don't care if that happens, the worst thing is I eventually go back to PRC! |
