每个月最后的周四晚上6 ：30， Ray White Paddington 有室内拍卖会，通常有超过4 个以上的物业拍卖。
首次置业的，或者资深的投资者，是个直接有效了解市场动态的机会。
因为拍卖是最透明的，卖不卖的掉，卖出的价钱是多少，当场见分晓。如果哪一个物业流拍的话。。。。

我是个刚入行的新人，而且一个人的能力毕竟有限，还好我有一个很出色的团队在我身后支持我的工作。
在这个月底的拍卖会之后，我会邀请我的principal George Hadgelias 和 Loan market 的Kenneth Foo 为大家解答一些房地产买卖和房屋贷款的问题。
Kenneth 是新加坡华人，会说普通话，这个星期刚刚帮我从国内来的朋友做了80 万的pre approval.
有兴趣的朋友可以向我报名，如果超过 5 个人，我就可以和George 开口。
中介和 broker 的工作时间都很长，谁都想早点回家。
