恳请大家帮我看看简历，问题到底出在哪里？

来了两个多星期了，简历投了大概有五十份，到目前为止没有接到过一个中介电话，只有几封客气的回信。我想问题应该出在简历和coverletter上了，所以我把简历和coverletter都贴上来，麻烦各位前辈帮我看看问题出在哪里，应该如何修改。拜托各位了

简历不知道，cover letter不用看都知道，不够细，不吸引眼球。另外，现在是大环境不好，不一定是你自己的原因。再另外，你太急，一份简历发出去，等2个月才有回信是很正常的。

简历不够具体，时间段和负责的项目，以及技能如果放一起的话会更有说服力。个人浅见，仅供参考。

写的太笼统别人没兴趣看。项目呢？工程师的简历就应该以项目为主线，每个项目下面说明你的职责和你的achievements。另外，你真的觉得突出强调自己的组织和管理能力合适么？我敢保证的是本地公司招这方面的人一定不会优先考虑中国人

买房子考虑的是地段，地段，还是地段。中国工程师的简历一样，技术，技术还是技术，先把你能干活的印象搞明白然后再说别的，别的里面也是沟通和团队合作排的靠前，谁在乎多少你的管理才能？请记住，你的title是engineer, not manager

education和training放最后吧~如果有拿澳洲证书的~把证书编号写上~
skills要放具体的东西~把你的专业名词放上去~写到我看不懂为止~
工作经历~按项目写~攻克的技术难关~
对照JD~cover letter和简历要根据每个具体的职位调整~项目太多~就挑主要的写~也不要写太长~没人看~
还有你的行业执行标准~中国和这边是一样的么~？如果不一样~你怎么处理~

teamwork and communication skill跟management skill不是一回事儿，需要淡化的是后者

说些个人感受---

1. 中式英文严重，大概在中介那边就被砍掉
2. 简历版模明显，感觉是拼凑出来的
3. 建议找西人修改润色

专业部份我不熟，我就不瞎说了～
刚过来的同学，简历拿出手就大概像你这样子，没有什麽不对和不好
只是有很大的空间可以改进，写的更专业一些，最好不要让人从简历中看出你的国籍

一是通篇I开头，二是一点不具体，简历就是简单的介绍你的经历，cover letter恰恰是证明你如何符合sc的东西，sc有几条，cover letter你就要写几条，每条都要举例。如果sc条数太多，挑最重要的五条写，调整好字体大小后应该正好满满一张。

去鬼佬的网站去看鬼佬写的简历，千万别看了一两篇就往里套，多看个十个八个的，就知道他们大概的行文风格和思路了，然后再写自己的

1、skills里面要放上专业术语，比如各种设备？
2、工作经历如果按项目写的话，一般写一两个主要的足够了吗？每一个项目大概要写多长？
3.JD~coverletter是神马东西？哪里可以找到？

cover letter就是你后面的那封信

1,当然要有专业术语~要不怎么体现你和其它行业的不同~
2,还是根据你申请的职位来啦~项目中用的skill满足申请职位的skill~
3,job description;coverletter就是随简历附的那封信~google~多看~再写~
