护士注册-- 如何办理护士局要求的学历证明

我想请问一下有没人知道怎样办理澳洲注册护士所要求的学历证明。

首先简单介绍一下我的情况：
2010年随老公移民澳洲，有10年的护士工作经验。来澳后一直从事抽血员的工作同时自学英语。2014年9月考过OET并提交注册申请，这次申请是为了取得资格去读bridging course，读完课程后才能再申请注册。
开始以为考过OET后注册就是顺理成章的事情，后来发现其手续非常烦锁而且耗时极长。网上有人说等了一年才批下来，一般都要等4个月以上。现在距申请日期算已过三个月，他们不是一次审完说有什么材料需要补充，而是过一阵子问你要一样。有些以前开过的证明现在又说开的不对又叫我从开，而且还需要很多的补充材料。
现在当局问我要以下补充材料，我恳请哪位路过的帮个忙，提个意。

Criterion 3        Evidence that the program of study you completed was externally accredited by a relevant professional regulatory authority or agency during the period when you undertook your studies and the qualification was in。       
Please supply the attached ‘Request for Accreditation – Program of Study’ to the independent professional regulatory authority or agency that accredited the program of study you completed and request that they provide the response directly to AHPRA as soon as possible.

Criterion 6        Evidence that the curriculum of your program of study focused on the various aspects of nursing practice.       
•        A certified copy of the course/subjects outline (translated into English if required).


Criterion 8        Evidence from the education institution that provided the program of study and confirmed your qualification, of your successful assessment in medication management including drug calculation, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.       

Certification from your education institution, provided directly to AHPRA and/or certified unit outlines, that demonstrate you undertook substantial study and assessment in medication management, including in the following units of study:
•        pharmacokinetics (the study of the bodily absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of drugs, and
•        pharmacodynamics (the study of the biochemical and physiological effects of drugs and the mechanisms of their action in the body)
•        medication administration (including calculations), and
•        quality use of medicines.


都毕业十几年了，现在才要这些证明有点难。最难搞得懂的是第三条，由于中国正在放寒假，根本无法从相关的学校部门打听该怎么开这个。问了教育部，他们也说不太清，只说需先联系学校再由学校联系他们。毕业证是省教育部发的，但注册是在卫生局注册的，不知道应该找哪个部门。
请问有没有哪位跟我的情况相似但已成功注册的呢？

最难搞得懂的是第三条.      这个应该是教育部的学位学历清华认证吧。你办移民的时候没做这个？

清华认证？没有，当时我老公是主申请人，我是副申请人，我辞职就直接过来了。

刚查了什么是清华认证，应该不是。护理局要的是授权教育机构给我开的证明。
