开发软件使用visual studio 2013操作系统是用windows 7 pro好呢？还是windows 8.1 pro?

我感觉windows 8.1启动和关机非常快

Agree! it doesn't matter. hardware does matter! you need more memory and a solid-state drive would be a plus!
