Purpose :

As announced on Thursday February 6, 2014, we are introducing a Graduate Development Program for commencement in 2015. Applications open for interest within this program today, Tuesday February 18, 2014.

2015 Ford Australia Graduate Program
As we strive to Go Further, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to be part of our high performing team oriented culture. We are now looking for talented graduates to commence our Graduate Development Program in January

2015 in the following areas:

•        Product Development - Engineering disciplines
•        Marketing, Sales & Service – Business disciplines
•        Finance – Finance and Accounting disciplines
•        Information Technology – IT Disciplines
This intensive two year development program is designed to build the graduates' capability in preparation for an exciting career with Ford whilst providing real and rewarding experiences.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply to the Ford Australia graduate program applicants must:

•        be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia
•        have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2012 or 2013 or 2014
•        be eligible and available to commence employment in January 2015
•        be in Australia and able to attend key stages of the recruitment process, in person, if requested

到2016/2017年：

Ford - falcon/territory 停产，生产线关闭，研发中心保留（略微扩张，领导/支持亚太市场研发），实验场地（Lara）保留。

Holden - commodore 停产，生产线关闭，研发中心关闭，实验场地（Langlang)关闭，将作为dealer和售后部门存在。

Toyota - 还不清楚，但是丰田在澳洲生产的汽车有不少一部份是用来出口的。

关于停产的车辆，生产商将在停产后继续保留零件和维护服务10年。
