回国证件

我离开国内用的是 港澳通行证，用中国护照入澳洲。
现在通行证过期了。
这样我用护照回中国的时候， 会有什么问题吗？

恳请高人指点

护照上没有中国出境章，海关会按偷渡出境，罚款，加拘留。。。。

那我用通行证回国 呢？
通行证本身没过期， 只是签证过期了

apply for a new Chinese passport, just say your old one has been lost, hopefully they won't have record in the computer system

nothing happened.
custom officer: never come back to China since last exit?
Me: No. I didn't.
Custom officer check with her supervisor/duty manager?
custom officer: Pls apply a visa  in advance next time.
Me: OK, thank you!
Custom officer: It is all OK now. (After stamped on my EnE Permit)
