我直觉是~那个学生的态度（配合度），应该占了事件发展至如此其中很大的因素。

如果仅仅是逃票被捉，开单罚钱，怎会演变成6-7个OFFICER上前来处理？

Mr Liu said he was not carrying a driver's licence, but Yarra Trams spokesman Adam Woolcock claimed Mr Liu had refused to provide his name and address.

"He then attempted to leave the scene before the report could be completed. He continued to walk away and an officer then took hold of him and reminded (him) that he was under arrest," Mr Woolcock alleged.

Mr Woolcock said officers called the police when the student allegedly started "pushing officers violently with his hands".

这种行为在国内不也一样抓么？认罪态度好的话怎么会出现这种情况？每年VIC因为逃票损失的6千万刀到最后都是要纳税人填补的。估计到最后这个事主会告公交网，然后还真有律师帮他做这个案子，还真能捞到赔偿。发财致富好门道，于是澳洲确实就是这些人的天堂了。

关键是他逃票了还想跑。RTA应该给transit officer 发手铐的其实。毕竟他们如果没办法抓想跑的人，查票就没意义了，大家都跑就可以了。

小朋友可以告transit officer for wrongful detain and imprisonment. 压凳子下确实过分了

就是！
凡是都是事出有因，我相信OFFICER不会无故出手。
学生自己先有肢体冲突，OFFICER因其必要控制该员，等候警察到场处理。
个人认为OFFICER处理并无不当。
就事论事，无关任何种族，年龄，性别等等。
这是一个法治国家，任何人都需遵守，要不然社会秩序何在？

无论任何理由,ticket inspector都无权做这样的事 不能用一个错误去终止另一个错误。

这个发生了，就值得做文章了？澳洲环境一塌糊涂了？也有城管了？

任何地方都不是纯净的，都有人逃票，也可能有人越权执法，问题在于公众怎么看，逃票的人会被谴责，这种执法方式也不会被认同。从监管上，该罚的会罚，该调查的会调查。关键这个社会框架是在的，不正确和不公正的事会被纠正。哦，有人又要拿出哪里一个不公正不正确的事来证明了，好吧，我们生活在不同的澳洲里

逃个票原本小事.抓不到运气,抓到就认罚.好象开车超速,抓到就交钱.越跑麻烦越大.虽然这位学生武术没学好,不能以一敌十.也可能被诉妨碍工作和暴力对待政府工作人员.能不能就脱身还不知道.

The law didnt authorise those officers the rights to treat passpenger like this. they're not police officers! eventhough Mr. Liu might not co operate in the first place. Inspector still has no right to treat him under bench... It's Mr. Liu's right to sue them!

我们去澳洲干嘛？ 不就是澳洲有法律，法律面前人人平等吗！这种败类，我觉得就该用这种方式来处理。否则，逃票不处理，什么都不处理，和天朝有何种区别！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

just because of OZ has law, that's why inspector can't treat him in this way! yes, this boy is deserve caught. however, those inspectors / security guards are way over powered or power abuser...

We think Cheng Guan in China is over powered, or power abused. it's same in this case. if inspector treat him in this way, would be no difference to our Cheng Guan at home....

I didn't say this boy is right. but, the inspector is also not that right too...

inspector 对不对，是不是overpower了应该由法律法院来裁定，我觉得这并不是针对某个肤色某个人种的特定行为。
我觉得要是评判每件事情都有这种怜惜，可怜之心，那么过几年澳洲也就成为我天朝了，大家很“和气”，很中庸，任何事情都不讲对错，只求解决就行，还有什么意义。

对，是该由法院来判定inspector是否overpower了，对吧

那如果法院认为他们overpower了呢？你觉得这些逃票的人还应该这么被对待么？

这个不是怜悯之心，是要在自己的界限内行事。不是他逃票了，甚至要跑了，就应该这么被对待，那就和城管和强拆没区别了。

Transit officers have a right to detain ticket evaders, but by law they cannot physically detain anyone. I reckon the law must be amended. How can transit officers perform their duties if they are not allowed to physically detain ticket evader? Anyone will simply run off. It will be more preferable if transit officers can detain a person using cuffs, but cannot violently imprison a passenger without probable cause.

Ticket evaders need to be dealt with. Taxpayers pay the officers and expect them to do their job. We are not paying them to just watch people running off.
