各位盖过房子的朋友，人不在澳洲，买地建房可行么？

我在朋友家附近看中了块地，主要想着以后和朋友住得近，很方便。
听说盖房子进度都很慢，要1，2年，如果我买了地，签了builder，然后就让他们慢慢盖，关键节点1年去个2趟，等房子盖好了，人再过去澳洲住，这个相法现实么？
盖过房子的朋友帮忙看看，都会遇到什么问题。

who told you that build a house would take that long? if just talking about building schedule, it takes around 5-8 months.
some people have issues with certificate of tiltle of the land they bought, or council approval of the building and planning, if these are not issues. it usually from the date of signing the land contract, 12 months later you can move in.

我只能说，盖房子杂事很多，一年只来个两趟，可能不大现实。
