我刚刚开始弄州担保，有这么几个问题搞不明白，麻烦大家知道的告诉下 谢谢

1.在写commitment的时候， 有一句Include evidence that you have personally researched the lifestyle and attractions.这个证据大家怎么放上去的呢

2. Settlement statement， 这个大家对于当地物价信息都是从哪里得知的的？这个也要调查的evidence，这个怎么弄的？还有一句If you are not using a migration agent, the settlement research is part of the online application. 这个也没看懂，难道说不需要上传statement的吗

3. Declaration of Nomination Obligations的witness需要什么人签字？

4. 英语能力证明要什么形式的？是雅思成绩单扫描上去吗
