1x Technical Lead: Must have around 10 years of experience, 3-5 as a Lead
Responsible for collaborating with Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Analytics teams
Lead in a hands on manner
Make key technology and design decisions
Establish a highly productive development capability
1x Senior Java Developer: Must have at least 5 years experience
Code the computational models produced by the Data Science team (entity data stores, scalable algorithms, realtime scoring, etc.)

You should have the following skills and experience:

Very strong Java skills and development experience
Experience developing analytics applications on top of Big Data technologies
Big Data technologies, e.g. Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra
