大家都准备系统安装盘了吗

请教个题外话，因为自己的电脑知识比较匮乏，大家去澳洲的时候，是不是需要准备一张系统安装盘带过去呢？大家推荐什么系统？XP还是WP7，澳洲主流都使用什么系统呢？大家见笑了

现在澳洲全部都是正版的英文 WIN7，XP 已经停止贩售，但是还是很多XP在使用中，但是微软已经不提供支援。

要买的话，直接上 WIN 8 吧！

你会发现，很多人用 MAC，像我小孩学校和发下来的笔记本，清一色的 MAC

ATO remains committed to providing e-tax for Mac

The ATO remains committed to providing an Apple Mac compatible version of e-tax with the aim of it being available for Tax Time 2013.
The ATO has regularly tested whether developments in technology are available to make e-tax compatible with other operating systems. In late 2011 a new version of the software in which e-tax is developed was released.
This version allows for applications such as e-tax to be deployed on both Windows and Mac operating systems without the need to completely redevelop the product. Since late 2011 the ATO has been working with its partners in the industry to assess the viability of applying this technology to e-tax.
However, complexities in applying this recent technology, including security and usability issues mean that we are unable to make e-tax compatible with Apple Mac systems for tax time 2012.
The ATO continues to work through these issues with a view to delivery of a version suitable for Mac users in 2013.
The ATO recognises the importance of making e-tax available to as many people as possible. As part of the ongoing review of our products the ATO will also continue to investigate the possibility of redeveloping e-tax as a web-based product. This would allow compatibility with the majority of operating systems being used by taxpayers, including mobile devices.

微软已经停止XP的Support了吧？不支持SATA、不支持64位、只能上3G/4G内存的古董OS还有价值么？

Win8据说接受度很差。有几点目前不如Win7。

- 没有开始菜单，Metro界面很多人一开始很不容易适应
- 只有从微软的Store下载的App才能创建启动的tile(对应于以前的快捷方式)，自己安装的不行。对很多人都很不方便。
- 3D性能奇差，打游戏比Win7最起码慢一半（有1/10的）。据说微软的OS一开始都这样，要过一年等发布补丁包以后才能好。
- 更多对用户隐私的侵犯，后门悄悄上载用户信息到微软的服务器。

win７＋xp虚拟就完美了

公司的 XP 至少还会用上一阵子，很多仪器的介面是XP 32BIT （还有跑DOS的仪器），WIN7 64BIT 不支援。

自家用的话，WIN7 很好用，目前家中电脑已经全部转成 WIN7 了。

带一个usb- 8G闪盘，各种ISO安装包备齐，足够用了。
其实最好用是做好ghost镜像，哪里跌倒从哪里爬起，20分钟内全部恢复你的系统和应用软件。
