How to properly pronounce `Figure 1-2'

Google Translate pronounces it as 'Figure 1 to 2', which does not sound correct, as 'Figure 1-2' actually means 'the second figure in chapter 1' rather than 'Figure 1 to Figure 2'.

Could anyone please let me know about the proper way to pronounce it?

The way I see it, Figure has nothing to do with chapter. It's commonly a picture/graph/chart, something like that .
Figure one to two
Figure one dash two
Figure one, number two
