已经说的很明白了，评估是基于你提供的职责的描述，而不是你的职位。 哪里说了需要和职位挂钩

正解，和title关系不大，LZ应该留意CO提到的experience和duty。

回LZ，你真的是按照21楼给的那个链接里面的内容写的吗？那个链接我打开看了一下，很老了，最后更新是2006-09-11，或者是2006-11-09，我不知道日月的顺序，但从年份看已经很老了！我建议你参照我下面贴的内容来写。我大概看了一下，很多内容和那个老版的是一样的，但是还是更新了一些内容，供你参考！出处是ICT-Skills-Assessment-Code-Descriptions-1-July-2012-V2.pdf，第3页！

总之这次我打算加强写需求方面的。其余的稍微提一下。
好折磨人呀，我17号还要考雅思呢，计划被严重打乱了。。
