请问律师除了签名之外，还要写些什么？

比如说:

Lawyer: XYZ
To Whom it may concern:
This is to confirm that this copy is the same as the original copy.

这样够了么? 有没有弄过的人给个参考啊？跪谢了先。

Certified copies must clearly show the following information on each page of the document.
 The words “Certified True Copy of the Original”
 The original signature of the certifying person
 The name, date & provider or registration number or designation

澳洲这里律师比较标准的写法如下：
I certify this to be a true copy of the document shown and reported to me as the original.
然后写名字，签字，然后要写职业律师的编码。这个譬如在澳洲的话我们会写：
Practising Solicitor (州名 编号）
在中国这个就不知道了。
