关于acs职业评估的问题-求clarify

我看一站式贴里面这样写

ACS: Australian Computer Society
基本要求：
IT专业学士或学士以上学位 ＋ 2年以上相关工作经验；或，
IT为辅修专业的学士或学士以上学位 ＋ 6年以上相关工作经验；或，
IT专业专科学历 ＋ 6年以上相关工作经验
所需材料：申请表、护照、成绩单、学历证书、雇主推荐信、项目描述、简历等
审批周期：8周-10周.

但是acs官网的Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants上，似乎并没有硬性要求简历啊，只要求employment references. 但我看大家好像都准备简历，可其实简历这东西是无法certify的。这个到底以谁为准？

The Following Certified Copies need to be Uploaded as PDF files:
1. Birth Certificate or Passport.
2. Degree or Award Certificate.
 Title of Degree or Award
 Name of University or Awarding Institution
 Date the Degree or Award was Completed
3. Degree or Award Transcript.
 Unit or Subject Names and Grades Achieved
4. Employment References.
5. Completed ACS Project Report Form (RPL) if applying for Recognition of Prior Learning
application.
