    $15,000 first home owners construction grant.
    $146 million over four years for 1100 extra police by 2015-16.
    Met election promise of freezing car registration fee increases, and freezing tariff 11 on electricity bills.

For the rural sector

    $4.8 million partnership between the Queensland government and Queensland University of Technology to research agricultural pulses, used in Asia and India.
    Coal royalties to increase by 12.5 per cent for exports valued between $100 and $150 per tonne and by 15 per cent for values over $150 per tonne.
    No royalty increases for coal valued under $100 per tonne.
    No increase in the coal royalty for 10 years from October 2012.
    Increase in the transfer duty threshhold from $980,000 to $1 million; rate to increase to 5.75 per cent.
    $495 million for Royalties to the Regions program.

Pokies

    Gaming clubs to pay extra gaming machine tax where monthly metered wins is more than $850,000 per machine a month.

Overall

    Economic growth in 2012-13 predicted to be 4 per cent, lower than Labor's prediction of 5.25 per cent.
    Unemployment predicted to be 6 per cent for 2012-13.
    Overall 75 per cent of capital expenditure outside of Brisbane.
