无法登录SA 担保申请系统 用户名密码不管用

各位申请SA190, 489的同学们，能看到你们申请担保的记录吗？
我一直登不上去。说“Could not find an application matching that reference number and last name”

楼上的注意了：

Immigration SA is aware of the computer problem with some of the sections in the General Skilled Migration (GSM) on-line application form.  Our IT Department is working to resolve the problem and anticipates the issue with the form will be resolved within two - three hours.
When the issue is resolved, as there is no record of your previous on-line form, please log back into the system and start a new on-line form.
