昆州购买新房政府奖励1万的政策(QBBG)延后到4月30结束

Queensland Building Boost Grant (QBBG) Extension
The Queensland Building Boost Grant (QBBG) has been extended to 30 April 2012.
The $10,000 grant will continue to be available to any person or corporation buying or building a new home in Queensland to live in, or to rent out for investment purposes, for homes purchased or built for less than $600,000.
Also to help improve our processes, supporting documentation for FHOG (First Home Owner’s Grant) and QBBG applications no longer need to be certified when applying through Suncorp Bank. The QBBG application form is still required to be witnessed by a qualified witness (JP, C.Dec or Solicitor).
For the most up to date QBBG and FHOG application forms, eligibility and documentation requirements and payment details refer to the OSR website.

FHOG 7000刀是联邦政府给的，这个1万事昆州政府额外给的，所以具体每个州的政策要向本州的OSR查询。

那就是说在昆州一共给补助了1万7，真爽啊。
