十分钟拿到配偶签证

昨天刚拿到配偶签证准签信。之前在坛子里得到不少有用信息,这次就汇报一下我拿到签证的过程,作为对论坛小小的回报吧。
别看我标题里说“十分钟”拿到,其实准备工作很早就开始了。
我男朋友去年12月拿到pr,我就从12月底开始准备文件了。看了移民局的checklist, 又上论坛上看了同学们的发言,心里有底了。但当时一直拖拖拉拉的,没有雷厉风行地一口气搞定。只是让我爸妈从国内寄来了我的出生公证和无刑公证,又找了两个朋友开了888证明信。其他的同居证明只是大概归了归类。哦,对了,还做完了体检。然后我们就回国过年去了,一个月之后回来,已经3月份了。我开始认真的填写表格,并且挑选合适的evidence了。具体list下文详说。3月中的时候,在我觉得所有材料都准备好的时候,我才打电话(131 881)给移民局,预约面试。他奶奶的,居然排到一个多月之后的4月23号。没办法,就等吧。打完电话后,马上收到一封移民局的电子邮件,内容见下楼,其内容主要就是移民关所需材料。

Spouse (married or de facto) visa or Interdependency visa checklist

Both you and your partner must attend the interview at which you will lodge your visa application.

Once you have all documents and forms completed, please contact DIAC to book an appointment - both you and your partner must attend.

Please provide certified copies of documents requested that have been witnessed by an authorised person. Authorised persons in Australia include – Justice of the Peace, solicitor, bank manager and any other person before whom a statutory declaration can be made. Do not bring original documents with your application unless asked to do so.

Any document not in English must be accompanied by a translation completed by a National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) accredited translator. Go to the NAATI website at www.naati.com.au for more information or telephone 1300 655 080 to arrange document translations.

PART 1 – THE APPLICANT
You must complete and bring to the interview:
a completed and signed Form 47SP - Application for migration to Australia by a partner
a completed and signed Form 80 - Personal particulars for character assessment
an original Australian Federal Police certificate or evidence that you have applied for this certificate.  See Form 1101 for further details
an original overseas police penal certificate for any country you have lived in for at least 12 months (either consecutively or cumulatively) in the last 10 years or evidence that you have applied for this certificate. See Form 47P for further details
2 recent passport-sized photographs:
•taken within the past 6 months
•head and shoulders only
•facing the camera, against a plain background  and
•print your name on the back of each photograph.
a certified copy of your current passport or travel document, and of all your passports or travel documents, including the one used when you arrived in Australia (including copies of the page with your details and all other used pages).
if you have changed your name, a certified copy of evidence of the name change (example: deed poll)
if you have served in the armed forces of any country, certified copies of your military service records or discharge papers

PART 2 – CHARGES
the visa application charge. See Form 990i - Charges for the current charge.
Note: The charges (fees) for a range of immigration services will increase from 1 July 2007
If you are lodging your application after this date please check our website to see if the charges (fees) have changed.

•lease pay by credit card, eftpos, money order or bank cheque.
•lease do not pay by cash or personal cheque.
•Bank cheques and money orders must be made out to “DIAC”.
•If necessary (for example, to overcome EFTPOS withdrawal limits), you can split payments between different credit cards, EFTPOS or bank cheques.


PART 3 – DEPENDENT CHILDREN
For each dependent child who is included in the application, and is with you in Australia, you must bring:
2 recent passport-sized photographs.  See PART 1 above for details.
certified copies of a birth certificate or (if applicable) adoption papers
certified copies of all used pages of the current passport or travel document
evidence that you have legal custody and lawful permission has been given for each child to migrate (unless you and your sponsor are the parents named on the birth certificate)
if the child is aged 16 years or over, an original Australian Federal Police certificate or evidence that the child has applied for this certificate. See Form 1101 for further details.
if the child is aged 16 years or over, an original overseas police penal certificate for any country the child has lived in for at least 12 months (either consecutively or cumulatively) in the last 10 years as a 16 year old or over or evidence that that the child has applied for this certificate. See Form 47P for further details
if the child is aged 16 years or over, a Form 80 - Personal particulars for character assessment (to be completed by the dependent child)
if the child is aged 18 years or over, a Form 47A - Details of child or other dependent family member aged 18 years or over (to be completed by the dependant)


Note:        Dependent children and other dependants who are overseas can not be included in your application, but will be asked to undergo health and character checks.

PART 4 – YOUR SPONSOR
Your sponsor must complete and bring to the interview:
a completed and signed Form 40SP - Sponsorship for migration to Australia
2 recent passport-sized photographs. See PART 1 above for details.
evidence that your sponsor is an Australian citizen or permanent resident (a certified copy of the birth certificate or citizenship certificate or passport), or an eligible New Zealand citizen (passport used for last entry to Australia) – photocopies of the passport must include the page with your details and all other used pages
1 of the following documents to show their employment during the last 2 years:
•Australian income and /or overseas tax assessment notices OR
•a letter from their employers confirming length of employment and annual salary OR
•payslips OR
•business documents or a letter from  their accountant if they are self-employed or self-funded from other sources.

Is your sponsor (partner) an ‘eligible New Zealand citizen’? See Fact Sheet 17 for further details. If yes, they must also bring to the interview:
Form 80 - Personal particulars for character assessment
if your sponsor has resided in Australia for more than 12 months prior to the date of their last arrival, an original Australian Federal Police certificate or evidence that your sponsor has  applied for this certificate. See Form 1101 for further details
an original overseas police penal certificate for any country your sponsor has lived in for at least 12 months (either consecutively or cumulatively) in the last 10 years or evidence that your sponsor has applied for this certificate. See Form 47P for further details.


PART 5 – RELATIONSHIP EVIDENCE
Evidence of your relationship that you must bring to your appointment:
1. your marriage certificate (Note: this must be the official certificate from the relevant government authority - for example, the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.)  OR
2. evidence that you and your spouse have been in a de facto relationship for 12 months prior to lodging your application
AND
if you or your sponsor has been married previously, or widowed, a divorce decree absolute or the death certificate of the deceased spouse (as appropriate)
a signed written statement detailing the history of your relationship, either individually or jointly. See pages 29-30 of booklet 1, Partner Migration for further details.
2 x completed Form 888 - Statutory Declaration by supporting witness in respect of an application to remain permanently in Australia on spouse or interdependency grounds
evidence of each supporting witness’s permanent residency or citizenship of Australia (example: if your supporting witness is an Australian citizen, a certified copy of their birth certificate or citizenship certificate or, if your supporting witness is a permanent resident, the information page of their passport and relevant visa label)
if your sponsor is under 18 years of age at the time of marriage, a court order from an Australian magistrate authorising the marriage
if you have been married previously, or widowed, a divorce decree absolute or the death certificate of the deceased spouse (as appropriate)

You must also bring evidence that demonstrates you have a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner.  Examples include:
•evidence of shared accommodation (example: lease agreements, rental receipts, mortgage documents, council rate notices, utility bills)
•evidence that your relationship has been declared to any relevant government bodies (example:  Centrelink or the Australian Taxation Office)
•full birth certificates of any children of the relationship (only if born since arrival in Australia)
•terms of your will(s)
•evidence of joint financial obligations (example:  insurance policies, joint bank account statements)
•letters addressed to you and your spouse individually or together at your common address covering the period you have lived together
•if you have recently married, marriage certificate, photographs of the wedding, the wedding invitation, cards from other people, bills for the wedding
•any other item which you consider demonstrates a genuine and continuing relationship (example:  evidence of holidays taken together (such as photos and tickets) or shared interests or activities).  No videos or CDs please.


The above listed items are suggestions only. You are expected to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate an ongoing and genuine relationship. This evidence should show the period of time the relationship has been in existence.


Note: Further evidence may be requested and relied on in considering your application


PART 6 – HEALTH
6.1 Health Check Requirements Steps
Before your interview, the following people must undergo health checks:
•you, as the applicant
••        each dependent child (who may or may not live with you), whether migrating with you or not
•other dependant relatives, whether migrating with you or not, who are 16 years of age and over,  and
•your sponsor, if your sponsor is an eligible New Zealand citizen.
Step         Action
1         Read Form 1071i – Health requirement for permanent entry to Australia
2         Book medical appointment(s) for each relevant person.

Note: . Health checks (medical examination, x-rays and HIV tests) must be conducted by Health Services Australia, or by an approved doctor. Depending on where you live, . you may need to make separate appointments to undergo a medical examination, x-ray and HIV test.  See: 6.2 Health Check Contact Details below.
3         Complete the following forms for each relevant person and take them to the medical examination:
    Form 26 – Medical examination for an Australian visa
Form 160 – Radiological report on chest x-ray of an applicant for an Australian visa
4         Following health checks, bring to the interview:
Evidence that you and each relevant person have undergone health checking (examples: the sealed results of the checks, if you have received them, or a receipt from Health Services Australia or an approved doctor, if you have done the checks but have not yet received the results)



6.2 Health Check Contact Details
The following table lists the contact details of the health services locations nearest to you. Unless stated, you must make an appointment for your health checks. When booking an appointment, please let the health services know that you want to make a booking in relation to an immigration application requirement.

我准备的材料

完全按照这个清单,我重新准备的文件材料如下:
一.        关于我(申请者)的文件:
1)        Form 47SP (Application for migration to Australia by a partner )一份
2)        Form 80 (Personal particulars for character assessment )一份
3)        澳洲无刑公证原件一份。
    如果申请spouse visa 820 810, police check需要在移民局网站下载1101的form寄去Canberra拿police check。据说最好要提前申请,因为process的时间最长会1个月。我的是十多天拿到回信。下载地址如下:http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1101.pdf
4)        中国无刑公证原件一份。
5)        两张近期护照照片(境外申请需要四张)
6)        护照复印件,包括个人信息页和所有用过的页。

二.        签证费用
费用可以以credit card, eftpos, money order和bank cheque方式支付。我是面试当天以信用卡方式支付的。相关网页:http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/990i.htm

三.男朋友的相关材料
1)        Form 40SP (Sponsorship for migration to Australia) 一份
2)        Form 80 (Personal particulars for character assessment )一份
3)        两张近期护照照片
4)        PR 证明。 他的PR签证页复印件。
5)        收入证明。他的工资单几份,去年的退税单。我男朋友工作了一年多了,每星期税前收入大概1000-1100左右。看到有同学说,如果这个收入完全由担保方承担,至少要达到一年收入2.5万。

四.相关证据料
1)两份888表格(Statutory Declaration by supporting witness in respect of an application to remain permanently in Australia on spouse or interdependency grounds)。由两个朋友提供(均为澳洲PR),说明他们认识我们的时间,见面频率以及证明我们关系是真实的。需附上他们的护照PR页复印件作为证明。
2)两份我们的声明。我和男朋友各写一份。内容包括:首次见面过程,什么时候关系开始确立,日常生活中两人的依赖性(精神,财政等),未来计划(工作,婚姻)等。
3) 同居证明。我们两处租房合同复印件。第一年那个只有我的名字,但是我提供了他同一时间同一地址的3G帐单作为我们同居的证据。第二年的有我们两个的名字。
4) N多3G帐单复印件。时间横跨两年,其众多通话记录可以证实我们的真实性。
5)几张银行帐单复印件。我们联名帐户帐单一份,他的工资接受账户帐单一份。另外随便提供了几份。
6)几张信用卡帐单复印件。一张Virgin的来信,证明他是主卡,我是附属卡。几张我的Citibank的,用来支付日常开销的(水,电,煤气等)。因为我们所有的帐单都是寄给他的,没有我的名字,只能以此证明我们平时生活中的财政关系是紧密的。
7)几张水电,煤气帐单。与5)配合使用的。
8)RACV保险单复印件。上面有我们两个的名字。
9)我们的照片。20多张,基本上是我们在一起的重大时刻的合影。我的生日,元旦,和同学出去玩,我的毕业典礼礼服照,他的毕业典礼礼服照,回国旅游合影等。一些照片里有其他的朋友和老师,作为我们关系是“大白于天下”的证明。

基本上就这些了。

五.体检
未开封的体检报告。体检过程就不说了,同学们都经历过的。但有一点我终生难忘,我被扎了五次,就为了抽一管血!!!!!!!!!!!!!医生说我太干!!!同学们一定要吸取我血的教训,抽血前多喝水啊。

PS:
1)        除了出生公证,国内外无刑证明需要原件外,其他所有材料都是Certificated copies. 原件移民局不接收,我的一些原件当场就退回来了。我是拿着原件与复印件直接去Oakleigh警察局的(每周三晚上7:30之后办理)。好大一叠。当场搞定。
2)        所有所需表格都可以在以下网址找到:http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms
3)        要合理安排时间,完全可以预约之后再准备材料,以及体检。

面试当天

4月23号当天上午,我和男朋友怀着平静的心情走进了DIAC的大楼(City那家,大家都很熟了哈),进了电梯,直上23楼。出来一看,走廊两端各有一个office,不知道哪个才是办理family Visa的。还好碰到一个好心的工作人员,他自己先确认了一下,把我们领到了出电梯右手边的办公室。进去一看,哟,真小,估计也就100多平米吧。其时离我们预约的时间还有十几分钟。把我们打出来的appointment letter拿给一个小帅哥,他拿过去看了一下,就直接拿到后面的一个小房间了,出来后给我们说稍等。那我们就乖乖地稍等了。坐在椅子上,一直和男朋友聊天,期间很有一些亲密动作。因为我小肚鸡肠,总觉得说不定签证官会秘密观察我们,哈!

过了15分钟左右,在我上上下下,仔仔细细看了办公室一副City绘画后,一个中年妇女出来了,叫我的名字,可她叫得也太不标准了,叫了好几声我才反应过来,哦,是叫我啊。拉着男朋就就进去了。小房间里有两个女人,除她之外,还有一个漂亮妹妹,是实习生吗?哦,不说妹妹了。坐定之后,中年的这个叫开始自我介绍,然后就问了一些很简单的问题,基本上就是我们statement里的内容。什么时候初次见面啊(我和男朋友都回答了), 以后的计划啊(想找什么样的工作,什么时候打算结婚),然后就没有了,就问我们有什么问题没有。我就问有需要补充的材料吗,她说没有,问签证要多久啊,她说一到两个星期会寄出信;又问她拿到TR后可不可以Cancel学生签证,她说Ok啊。然后我就说没有问题了,然后她就说2年之后我能转为PR什么的,然后就say bye bye 了。出来一看时间,进去了不到十分钟。在小帅哥那里刷卡交钱(2060,肉疼)后,我们就高高兴兴去逛街了。

4月28号,收到准签信,大功告成!看了一下信,签发日期居然就是4月23号,也就是说当天就签发了。4月24号寄出,28号我收到。 真是的,当时为什么就不能当场给我呢。不过也好了,让我等待的时间不算长。

拿到TR了,我也该洗心革面了,不能再吊儿郎当混日子了。努力!与大家共勉!

是不是按楼主这样的方式申请起来会很快呢? 我听说有什么电签面签什么的?楼主这是走的哪条线路呢?

澳洲的配偶签证都需要去面试吗?或是因为这个方法最节省时间呢?

如果材料齐全大家都去面试貌似整个等待的过程比起其他的类别签证就很悠闲了挖?~~~~

嗯,我的是面签。应该是这种方式最快。
配偶签证并不是都需要面试的。只是我自己预约的面签而已。

我没有发邮件,就是直接打电话过去预约的。131 881
电话里工作人员会告诉你什么时间interview,然后告诉我他们会正式发信,,做为预约凭证。可以选择收信,也可以选择电子邮件接收。我选后者,电话里告诉了他们我的e-mail地址,就没事了。挂了电话,我打开邮箱,信已经到了,就是上面那封。
之后就没事了。等到当天去了之后就直接递交材料,见签证官了。经历全在上面了。确实是10分钟就签了。

火点寒冰 ,不知道你所谓的审核是什么意思。我们到了之后,材料交给了reception的一个工作人员(文中的帅哥了),如上所说 “把我们打出来的appointment letter拿给一个小帅哥,他拿过去看了一下,就直接拿到后面的一个小房间了,出来后给我们说稍等。那我们就乖乖地稍等了。” 等候了十几分钟,这段时间应该是签证官审看我们材料的时间。因为我们进去小房间之后,她显然已经看过材料了。

OMG~~ 只10分钟就这样??? 无法相信啊~~ 楼主实在是撞了大好运,羡慕死了~~

我有个小疑问:你只是打电话预约,在指定时间带着你所有的材料去面试,等了10分钟就搞定,是这样吗?按说所有的材料不会就这样轻快的看完吧? 那整个浏览你的材料加上应有的推敲估计也就最多半小时咯? 真是这么快吗?

看来楼主的材料实在是完美至及啊~~ 我要好好参照一下。谢谢啦~~

对的,就是这样。真的很好运吗?我之前看到也有同学当天或几天内就拿到的啊。应该是很普遍的现象吧。
不过我的case确实简单。很多人担心的担保金问题在我这里完全不是问题。哈哈。要多谢谢男朋友呢。
