今天WESTPACK的一个朋友打电话告诉我利率涨了，commonwealth的也涨了，有同学得到消息了吗

Commonwealth Bank of Australia will raise its interest rates on fixed rate mortgages by between 20 basis points and 45 basis points from tomorrow.

No change will apply to one-year fixed home loans, CBA said.

CBA cited recent increases in the wholesale market swap rates from which the bank funds fixed rate home loans as the reason for the rate hikes.

Rates on CBA's four-year fixed rate home loans will rise by 20 basis points to 6.59%, while seven-year home loans will increase by 25 basis points to 7.24%.

A rise of 40 basis points will apply to loans with a two-, 10- and 15-year terms, while three-year home loans will jump by 44 basis points, and five-year term loans by 45 basis points.

CBA now charges 7.39% interest on a 10-year and 15-year fixed home loan.

利率上涨对经济不是好事.呵呵

CBA的利率够高的啊.国内10年期是6%的利率吧?
说明澳元是强势货币啊.

看不出是因为失业率升高，买房风险增加，
还是要通货膨胀？？所以增加贷款利率。

按国内的规律看银行收紧贷款是房价下跌的开始，不知道放在澳洲适不适用。

是的,这个月贷款政策紧了很多,尤其是首次购房,一定要有genuine savings.

中央银行利息降了,很奇怪,这两个银行利率反而涨了
