。。。先来两招热身。。。帮主的绝招多着呢。。。慢慢来才有悬念。。。<br>

1。欲擒故纵：面试的时候问到专业背景，要小心。。。<br>
<br>
- 纵：不要显得你比上司还厉害，先付和拍马匹。。。<br>
- 擒：如果你在某一个方向上有点得意的东西，多说说，但是在整个技术面上，一定要给上司面子，让他觉得你有过人之处，但是又不会威胁到他。。。<br>
<br>
2。欲语还休：面试的时候一定会问到你是否同时在申请其他的工作。。。<br>
<br>
- 语：一定要信誓旦旦的说没有（其实我们都知道在说谎，对方也知道）<br>
- 休：你可以不亢不卑地这样说“i have seen a couple of other advertisements that i am qualified for and interested in, but i prefer and would rather wait for your decision first ...“ 。。。这样就把压力给了对方，如果他们觉得你合适，很快就有结果。。。<br>
<br>
（现在这份工作在面试回家的路上就有了结果，第二天上班。。。）<br>

。。。他们要找一个熟悉 FMCG 行业的 sourcing manager，雇主看了我的简历很感兴趣，etc，我老夫具备所有他们要求的经验，但偏偏从没在 FMCG 行业干过。。。所以最后双方都同意，我不是他们要找的人。。。即使让我勉强上，也一定不是最佳人选。。。猎头谢谢我的坦诚，同时问了我心目中的理想工作是什么。。。<br>

。。。经验：跟猎头打交道，最好诚实，让对方觉得你有诚意跟他们合作，电话中如果发现你不是他们要找的人，就赶快推销你身上那些猎头没有问到的优势，长处之类的。。。同时幽默点，开开玩笑，etc。。。
