最近在申请同等学历认证，本以为只是把公证件什么的扫描件email给OQU就可以，结果收到如下来信
Dear XXXX,
Thank you for showing interest in the Overseas Qualification Assessment.
However, your application is incomplete. We are missing some documents.
Please resubmit your application to oqu@dtwd.wa.gov.au.
Please provide the following:
1. a completed application form. Below is a link to our OQU form, for you to print.

2. certified copies of all documents. (passport, visa/visa grant, certificates/awards, transcripts/academic records etc.)
How to certify documents?
Each page, each photocopy must be certified separately and must show clearly:
· Certification must be in English Language
· The words “certified true copy of the original”
· The signature of the certifying officer
· The name, address, contact telephone number, designation of the certifying officer legibly printed below the signature and
· Include an official stamp (where possible).
The Overseas Qualifications Unit must be able to contact the certifying person if necessary.

Documents certified outside Australia must be done in English, by one of the following:
- The awarding institution
- Any Consulate
- The Australia Education International (AEI) Section of the Australian Diplomatic Mission
- The Ministry of Justice
Please do not send original documents.
查了那个可以certify copy的人，似乎只要是正当职业的人都可以，那么这个certify到底是个什么样的过程啊？是不是比如找到一家银行的manager，让他看一下我的学历什么的原件然后签字什么的？
Where do I get my documents certified?
In Western Australia, the following persons may witness and certify copies of documents:
Academic (post-secondary institution) Accountant Architect
Australian Consular Officer Australian Diplomatic Officer Bailiff
Bank Manager Chartered secretary Chemist
Chiropractor Company auditor or liquidator Court officer (Judge, magistrate, registrar or clerk)
Defence Force officer (Commissioned, Warrant or NCO with 5 years continuous Commonwealth service) Dentist Doctor
Electorate officer (State – WA only) Engineer Industrial organisation secretary
Insurance broker Justice of the Peace (any state) Lawyer
Local government CEO or deputy CEO Local government councillor Loss adjuster
Marriage Celebrant Member of Parliament (State or Commonwealth) Minister of Religion
Nurse Optometrist Patent Attorney Physiotherapist
Podiatrist Police officer Post Officer Manager
Psychologist Public Servant (State or service) Public Notary
Real Estate Agent Settlement Agent Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff
Surveyor Teacher Tribunal officer
是不是让如上职业的人在复印件上签字盖章，然后只要扫描复印件，发送给OQU就可以了？
不知道坛子里可有人有这方面经验？谢谢大家
