悉尼投资房,hornsby还是parramatta?或者有更好的请推荐

谢谢楼上的回复.
上边的两个帖子已经看过了.但是和我的情况还是不太一样.如果是自主的话,hornsby可能会好些,那边的学校治安可能都好些.但是投资房就不知道怎么选了.不知道这两个区哪个升值空间大

Parramatta成交活跃度比Hornsby要大，租金也比hornsby大，所以平均来说，Parramatta适合投资。当然投资更要看房子个体的素质。在房子差不多的情况下，如果保守一点我会推荐Hornsby，起码能攻能守，自己也喜欢住的房子，投资起来不会太窝心。
